What: A Morning of Meditation, Gentle Yoga, and Sound Therapy
When: Saturday, August 17 @ 9:30am-1:00pm
Where: The Japanese Garden, 6100 Woodley Avenue, Van Nuys, CA

Come enjoy a luxurious morning retreat, your opportunity to find peace in a beautiful place where you can get to know yourself, come back into balance, and find tranquility.

Yin yoga and sound therapy practitioner Diana Osberg will lead you in a practice of conscious breathing and gentle Yin yoga. Then you’ll bliss out in a divine soundbath to help you relax, quiet mind chatter, release blocked energy, and connect to your inner guidance.

We have exclusive access to The Japanese Garden in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. It’s an unexpected oasis on 6.5-acres, ideal for meditation and quiet walks. Prior to the retreat program, you’ll have time to explore the garden and discover its many treasures, including some hidden spaces for meditation.

At the far end of the lake, you’ll find the Shoin – our home for the morning. In this traditional Japanese-style, open-air building by a waterfall, you’ll delight in the sounds of flowing water and songbirds and feel the gentle breeze from the garden during our mindfulness practice.
