Cool your heels and your spirit in this moonlit soundbath given with love by soundbath practitioner Diana Osberg. We’ll gather outside on a candlelit patio around a pool to enjoy the cool evening air and fill your body, heart, mind, and spirit with calm energy to release the heat of the day.
Come outside in the moonlight, to the dark side, to the yin energy. Come outside and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of moonlight, singing bowls, and other sacred instruments.
We live in a yang world, a masculine force that brings fire, light, and heat. The feminine energy of yin – defined in Chinese medicine as a cool, dark, passive force – allows you to become more receptive and tap into your emotions and intuition. Yin is the dark swirl in the iconic yin-yang symbol. To be healthy, both men and women should have a balance of yang (masculine) and yin (feminine) energies. The moon reflects a feminine vibration, one of receptivity, emotion, and intuition. The phases of the moon symbolize immortality and eternity, enlightenment, and the dark side of Mother Nature.
