Grilled Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper


  1. Peel, devein, rinse, and pat dry shrimp and transfer to large mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with dried oregano, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper to taste.
  3. Grill outdoors for three minutes on each side or until cooked through, or sear in skillet or grill pan on the stove.
  4. Serve over your favorite salad.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
