Easy and Healthy Low Calorie Salad Recette

Ingrédients
- 1 carrot
- Arugula
- 3 Artichoke heart
- Fresh cilantro
- Chicken cilantro mini wontons ( Trader Joe’s 9 pieces, 50 calories)
- Olive oil
- Bragg Liquid aminos
- Balsamic vinegar glaze (Trader Joe’s)
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the one carrot ( I got a purple carrot here to add color in my plate)
- I use scissors to cut the arugula in small pieces and the cilantro. I love using scissors, it makes everything easier.
- Cut the three artichoke hearts as well with the scissors.
- Mix everything.
- Add a little bit of olive oil, a dash of balsamic vinegar glaze and 2 or 3 sprays of the Bragg Liquid aminos.
- Then steam the dim sum, it takes 3 to 4 min.
- Add them to your plate, toss everything and then add some black pepper.
