Ingrédients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • Aquafaba from 1 can of chickpeas (this magical liquid will give your mousse that fluffy texture!)

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend them until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the aquafaba until it forms stiff peaks (just like whipped egg whites!).
  • Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped aquafaba until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve it up and enjoy your refreshing treat!
