- 2 ripe mangoes

Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend them until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the aquafaba until it forms stiff peaks (just like whipped egg whites!).
- Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped aquafaba until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve it up and enjoy your refreshing treat!
