ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you‬ know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped in 2 to 3 days. A shipping fee of $8.75 applies in the USA. We do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time. Coming soon, please ask for more details.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. When 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we are going to send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We're also going to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When you are approved, then your refund is going to be processed, and a credit is going to be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@Bodhaya.com.
