Almond Butter Toast Recipe

- 1 tbsp Almond butter (16 g)
- 1/2 medium Apple or Nectarines (71 g)
- 1/4 cup Blueberries or Blackberries (36 g) (10 chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Honey (3.5 g)
- 1 slice Rye bread (28 g)
Instructions
- Toast the bread, and spread almond butter on toast.
- Slice the apple. Place the slices on the toast on top of the almond butter and add your Blueberries.
- Drizzle honey on top of fruit toast. Serve Immediately.
