Notes
Almonds are a great source of fiber which can improve cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and provide important vitamins.I love golden kiwis, it reduces tiredness and fatigue; and supports collagen formation, which is essential for healthy skin, teeth, and bones. The Golden kiwi contains a good level of vitamin E and polyphenols which have been shown to have an antioxidant effect. Kiwifruit has a low glycemic index.
Raspberries provide potassium, essential to heart function, and are proven to lower blood pressure. The omega-3 fatty acids in raspberries can help prevent stroke and heart disease. They also contain a mineral called manganese, which is necessary for healthy bones and skin and helps regulate blood sugar.
Blueberries can help heart health, bone strength, skin health, blood pressure, diabetes management, cancer prevention, and mental health. One cup of blueberries provides 24 percent of a person's recommended daily allowance of vitamin C.
Apples may support weight loss, promote gut health, might help prevent cancer, could help fight asthma, and may help protect your brain.
Fresh mint is known to treat a wide variety of illnesses. It’s been used in traditional medicine to treat a variety of ailments for many years.
